This week is packed with fun for every age — catch the Fratello Marionettes: Spooktacular Show at Pleasant Hill Library on Tuesday for some Halloween-season magic, or let the little ones wiggle through Toddler Yoga at Orinda Library on Wednesday. The Downtown Martinez Car Show on Thursday is a classic free outing the whole family can enjoy, and the Concord Night Market at Todos Santos Plaza on Friday brings live music and a festive atmosphere to cap off the week. Saturday, stock up on fresh produce at the Diablo Valley Farmers' Market at Shadelands in Walnut Creek, or head to Orinda Library for Paws to Read — a sweet program where kids read aloud to a friendly dog.

Next week brings even more to look forward to — NorCal Bats at Pleasant Hill Library on Tuesday is a uniquely cool program for curious kids, and the STEAM Celebration Series presents STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Magic! at Danville Library is perfect for little makers. The Pleasant Hill Night Market on Friday is a fun free evening out for the whole family, and on Saturday the Halloween Costume Booo-tique at Concord Library is a can't-miss for kids gearing up for the holiday. Round out the weekend at the Walnut Creek Downtown Farmers Market on Sunday for a relaxed, no-cost morning out.
