We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a guided meditation centered around gratitude, abundance, and calling your intentions into being. From there, settle in for an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments designed to invite you into a state of deep relaxation and reflection. As we move toward a new season, we’ll explore the balance between harvesting what we’ve already created and planting the seeds for what comes next.
